DCM is hiring to fill an Administrative Maintenance Coordinator position

This is a contract on-site role located in Hyde Park in London, ON for a Condo Administrative Maintenance Coordinator. This role has the potential to become full-time, permanent.

The coordinator will be responsible for:

· Assist Property Managers with client portfolio maintenance

· Following up with Building Managers and Accounting as required

· Updating client/office files such as Status Certificate Files, RFS files, unit file, Board minutes etc.

· Client file management

· End of year file maintenance for Board meeting notes

· Work order management

· Issue site inspection letters and quote requests in timely fashion

· Prepare Board packages, record meeting minutes, and general communications

· Other general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Proficiency in Word and Excel required

· Previous experience with condominium/building administration an asset

· Customer service experience

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Critical thinking with responsive problem-solving capabilities

· Team-player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
