Status Certificate Request

If the closing date changes or the sale falls through please advise our office immediately.

Contact our office to confirm the Common Element Fees have been paid prior to closing. Common Element Fees are due on the 1st of each month. Pre-authorized debit is available.

Owners leasing the unit must complete a Form 5 (summary of lease or renewal).

Please ensure that the purchaser receives the unit & mailbox keys, fobs and parking tags from the vendor upon closing. We do not have spare keys.

Section 76(3) of the Condominium Act of Ontario States: The corporation shall give the status certificate within 10 days after receiving a request for it and payment of the fee charged by the corporation for it.

Online Process

If you are a first time user, you will need to set up a user id and password. (Please ensure that you record this information.)

Once you place your order, you will receive an email that your order may be downloaded as a PDF.

Remember to save the PDF to your computer, email to your Realtor, lawyer and owner.

Convenience Fees:

         An additional $100 for 2 business day expedited service

         An additional $50 for 5 business day expedited service

*Please note that expedited service is suspended during the yearly holiday shutdown.
